AERIAL YOGA KIDS (AGES 6-12)
Join a month long camp or sign up for a single pass. Let your child develop balance and motor skills in a really fun way. Aerial Yoga increases strength and confidence by letting go of fears and joining in on the fun. Drop ins are welcome. Aerial yoga classes offer an opportunity for your child to develop a strong sense of balance. Your child can develop better body and spatial awareness.
KIDS YOGA (AGES 5-8)
Yoga for kids is a great way for children to learn how to reduce stress, as well as improve concentration, mood, balance, and flexibility. And best of all, kids think yoga is fun! In this playful yoga class designed especially for elementary and middle school aged-children, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress in their daily lives. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class. Each class ends with a period of relaxation.
